Medella’s Insect & Mosquito Repellent smells amazing!!! It’s like a vanilla-lemon dessert, but it keeps bugs away! It’s not the best bug spray, as I still found bites, but it’s about 90% effective. And it’s the only spray I’ve used that doesn’t smell like chemicals. I’ll actually put this on my face, and on my child.

The tablets were easy to swallow. I have no problem falling asleep but wake up several times in the middle of the night and too early. I took NoctoPlex for 7 days. I still wake up several times at night but with NoctoPlex, I return to sleep faster instead of tossing and turning as before.
